2003-2004      Nacogdoches Soccer Club DSC   Nacogdoches, TX
Trainer for the development program of the DSG Soccer Club. Held team practices as well as individual practices for the age groups ΄88-΄94.

April 2003       Fussballkreis Hanau                      Hanau, Germany
One of three coaches chosen by the soccer district Hanau to train kids of the age groups '87-'90 and '91-'93 in 90 minutes training sessions once a week in the greater Hanau area.
Goal of the training is the technical and tactical education of the players in small groups (never more than 12 players!).
The players are exclusively chosen by their technical skills.

-  Head Coach of the Men Soccer team of Langenbergheim.
Bezirks-Oberliga, rated fifth highest league in Germany.
-  Executes itinerary, including travel and accommodations, for games and tournaments.

-  Educates, trains, and develops all youth coaches and controls their coaching abilities.
-  Goalkeeper coach for all age groups.

-  One of eight teams comprised of twenty all-star soccer players from eleven districts
   from the region of Hessen, Germany
-  Educates, trains, and develops the “Under18”-Women All-Star-Team.
-  Executes itinerary, including travel and accommodations, for tournaments.
-  Plans, coordinates, and executes approximately 55 practices a year and seven five day 
   soccer training camps.

Head All-Star Soccer Coach for the U.S. Olympic Development Program
-  Developmental soccer program for American Middle and High School Soccer Players.
-  Educates, trains, and develops thirty-five female youth soccer players ranging in age from
   thirteen to eighteen.
-  Serves as the primary scout and recruiter.
-  Coordinates scheduling of games, tournaments, and special activities.
-  Plans, coordinates, and executes approximately three five-day and one seven-day soccer
   training camps.

1994–2002       Anatomic Soccer Club           Neuenheim, Germany
Head Youth Coordinator and Soccer Coach
-  300 member amateur competitive soccer club comprised of eleven teams.
-  Educates, trains, and develops approximately 150 youth soccer players ranging in age
   from six to eighteen.
-  Serves as the clubs primary youth scout and recruiter.
-  Manages annual budget derived from club dues of approximately $15,000.
-  Coordinates scheduling of games, tournaments, and special activities for nine soccer
   teams that play three three-month seasons.
-  As the Senior Club Coach, mentors, trains, and certifies five other coaches.
-  Plans, coordinates and executes approximately twelve one-day soccer training camps
   each year.
-  Coordinates international travel, including transportation, immigration, and lodging for
   team events and competitions outside of Germany.

-  City youth activities organization that hosts two one-week soccer camps for youth ages
   eight to fourteen.
-  Educates, trains, and mentors fifty youth players on the fundamentals of sports fitness,
   and soccer technique, rules, and strategies.

Advanced German Licence that allows graduates to coach all levels of youth leagues and
up to the fourth highest level for adults leagues. This is the third highest level of coach
certification.
Approximately 80 hours licensing course culminating in a practical demonstration, a written
exam, and an oral test focused on training, theory, physiological and psychological
aspects of the soccer.

DFB/UEFA-C-Licence
Advanced German Licence that allows graduates to coach all levels of youth leagues
except Youth Bundesliga and up to the fifth highest level for adults leagues. This is the
forth highest level of coach certification.
Approximately 120 hours licensing course culminating in two practical demonstration
(youth and adults), a written exam, and an oral test focused on training, theory,
physiological and psychological aspects of the soccer.

Referee licensing conducted at Ramstein Air Force Base that certifies graduates to referee
